Although she has five brothers, Denita’s female influences played a large role in her desire to pursue hair design. After graduating from The Paul Mitchell School in 2011, Julie discovered and nurtured Denita’s talent, allowing her to focus on wedding design and unique styling as Julie’s assistant for 2 years, and has she been a lead stylist for over 4 years. Denita examines run-way fashion in order to create new styles for her brides. Her work is structured, as she prefers to mold each bride or bridesmaid’s hair into something new and beautiful. Meeting new people, performing under the pressure of a wedding’s deadline, exceeding a bride’s expectations, and earning her client’s trust are Denita’s passions. Denita has been described as “very gentle” as both a person and a stylist, as she works precisely and delicately with each client. Denita loves the romantic atmosphere of her career and being involved in her clients’ wedding plans. She strives to ensure that each style is personal and unique, and devotes herself to ensuring that each bride or bridesmaid receives special attention.
