Kate: Structured Side Bun with Volume

Kate was awesome to work with! Denita and I had a wonderful time working with her and her lovely and very sweet bridal party on her wedding day last December! At the trial Kate tried a formal curled mid-high updo with soft pieces around her face ( picture below) but then decided that on the wedding day she would look more like herself with a low and slightly to the side up-do with plenty of volume at the crown. I am glad she decided to go with this new style because I felt it complimented her dress and look much better. Ashlie’s Romantic Curled Up Style

Bride Ashlie tried out a half up style at her trial and then decided to go for an updo on the wedding day. Since her hair layers were a little too short to do a low updo I ended up curling all the layers into a soft style with volume at the top for a flowing mid-low updo. Andrea’s Elegant & Classy Up-Do

It was wonderful to work with bride Andrea on her wedding day last summer! My assistant Isabel and Denita helped me to make sure that Andrea’s large bridal party would be done on time! For Andrea’s hair style we gave her volume at the crown with side swept front and a soft and elegant up-do. Mary’s Sleek French Twist & Volume

Mary was referred to me through my good make up artist friend Susan Lim, who did the make up for Mary and her wedding party! Mary chose to go with a sleek bridal look with volume at the crown and a french twist meeting the volume. We tied in Mary’s hair ribbon and tucked it under her twist before we finished the front swoop and side sections. We then brought the sides over the ribbon, this insured that the ribbon would be pinned in place and not move all day. Michelle: Curled, Low, & Romantic Chesapeake Bay Beach Hair

Bride Michelle met with me for  a trial last summer 2012, and we both agreed that her hair style would look 10x better with the addition of extensions on the wedding day. On the wedding day in November we added a weft of hair (extensions) into the style, and it looked as perfect and as voluminous as we both wanted it to. ( see before and after picture below) A few of Michelle’s bmaids got blow outs and large waves and curls added, while others got more bohemian looking styles to go with their flowing purple chiffon full lengths dresses. I just loved all the little personal touches that Michelle had at her wedding so much that I have worked with her photog to submit her wedding to Style Me Pretty, crossing our fingers that it will be picked up

Kate had a huge bridal party, all of which were super lovely and hand picked perfect hair style ideas. Each of them looked different and like themselves.
