Please mention this at the time of contacting us so that we know how to quote you correctly. Also please send us your desired “end time” for hair as well as any time constraints your venue may have for usage time.
Why is Jewel Hair Design a little more expensive then other hair stylists?

Due to our busy packed schedule- we have a 90 day head count agreement on our Contract now. What if it snows or there is an emergency situation and Jewel HD cant make it to my wedding?
Thankfully we have never run into any situations before, but
Here is what we have in our contract regarding this matter:
In the case that an act of god should occur, resulting in the Bridal Hair Stylist not being able to provide hair services, granted she is alert and not injured a phone call will be made to a replacement artist as well as the bride asap. There is no guarantee that a replacement will be able to provide services, but every possible effort will be made. Furthermore, a replacement will also be called for cases of emergency such as: Inclement weather conditions, vehicle accidents, personal injury or illness, hospitalization, and minor or major surgery. The bride will be informed months in advance if a stylist will be on maternity leave during the time of her wedding. If a state of emergency is issued in the state of Virginia, Maryland, or DC. the hair stylist reserves the right to cancel services as she wouldn’t want to risk the safety of herself or additional artists. In all of these cases listed above the retainer will be returned in full to the bride.
